Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your SocialSynk data at any time. We will permanently remove your account, content, and connected-platform tokens within 30 days of the request.

How to request deletion

  1. Sign in to your SocialSynk account.
  2. Open Settings from the sidebar.
  3. Click Delete account and confirm.

Alternatively, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to privacy@socialsynk.app with the subject line "Data deletion request".

What happens next

  • We disconnect any linked Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts and revoke stored access tokens.
  • We delete your posts, media, captions, approval batches, and feedback records.
  • Backups containing your data are purged on our standard rotation (≤ 30 days).

Once your data has been deleted, you will receive an email confirmation. After deletion, recovery is not possible.
